Guests may check in from 3pm until 8pm. Check out time is up to 10am on your day of departure, either by notifying reception or leaving your keys in the drop box

All our rooms are complete with an en-suite bathroom, plus tea and coffee making facilities. 

Our rooms are suitable for two people, while our family rooms cater for 2 adults and a child/young adult on a sofa bed. We also have two pet friendly rooms - but please let us know in advance the pet you wish to bring. We can also offer space for your furry friend in our family rooms for a small one-off cleaning surcharge.

We have a bag storage area which you can use free of charge at your own risk, and a Common Room which is open 24/7. 
A complimentary free light breakfast is available in the Common Room in the morning, or for something hot, our friends next door at the Cafe By The Lake will be happy to serve you during the day.

For food options on-site, we serve bar snacks and light bites from 5pm 7 days a week, plus a main menu on weekends including Sunday lunch.

Our on-site bistro the Holt is due to open in March 2026 and will showcase the best of the Yorkshire Dales as well as premium Pan-Asian cuisine. We'll be happy to take bookings at reception.
